Community Needs Survey
Al-Ameen Trust has initiated this questionnaire to capture the demography of our community. We want to ensure that Al-Ameen meets the community needs and identify future improvements with our service. We would appreciate if you kindly answer the questions on the link below. There will be a draw for one $50 Pak N Save voucher for those who fill it in by 11pm Saturday 5th December. We will give the voucher during the Get Together event.
